Return in the absence of withdrawal

Whatever the delivery method, if the package is not collected within the time indicated on the transit advice note, the package is returned to the KALIE logistics department. In this case, the Buyer will be reimbursed the amount of the Order, delivery costs deducted, on the same means of payment as that used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed by the Buyer for another means of reimbursement.

Return in case of anomaly

The Purchaser or the recipient of the Order must report the absence or deterioration of the product to Customer Service by email at contact@kalie.shop, who will remind them of the procedure to follow, in order to be able to request a refund or a new shipment of the products ordered.

KALIE will bear all the costs of return / reshipment concerning an anomaly arising prior to taking possession of the product and therefore the transfer of risks to the consumer.

A compensation, refund or exchange of the product will be offered to the Buyer, depending on the anomaly noted.

Return in case of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration in the form of your choice to the email address contact@kalie.shop. This right cannot be exercised when the subject of the contract relates to the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned.

The return costs following the withdrawal or for errors made by the Buyer when placing his order, voluntary exchange will be borne by the Buyer.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means; in any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

Please note: no product must be returned before having obtained the agreement of our Customer Service.
